You don’t need to make reservations for bus rides from Zurich-Airport, except for special destinations.
The bus departure will be every 30 minutes in the hotel bus zone 4, just as scheduled.
You will get your Ticket / Voucher directly from the CHECK-IN all-ways driver at the Zurich-Airport, in the hotel shuttle bus zone – or at the front office /reception of your hotel.
When picking up travelers from their hotel, the CHECK-IN all-ways hotel shuttle bus operates with a margin of 15 minutes before and after the scheduled departure time due to the nature of the shared ride system and to allow for any unexpected traffic situations. Please take this into consideration and thank you for your understanding. Please do kindly note that the first shuttle is leaving Zurich-City at 04:00 LT.
We cannot accept any private reservations without a ticket or a voucher. Please note, that we do accept only reservations done by the Hotel Front Office or via a company address.
